Personal/group training

For June-August we will be offering a limited amount of individual/small group training. Sessions will only be held outdoors either at Coach Ryan's home sport court or at the home court of the athlete and sessions will include return to sport precautionary measures.

Sessions will be offered for individuals or up to 3 players per session. Individuals or groups can book 1-2 sessions per week. 

Sessions will be tailored to each player or group and will include:

  • Individual skill development

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Speed, agility and quickness

  • Ongoing feedback/assessment
